Thank you to all of the participants in the Shine a Light for Children Lantern Project 2018.

Workshops have been facilitated at Milpera State High School, New Farm Play Group, Brisbane Youth Detention Centre, Bardon Markets and at Hands On Art as part of the Kids Do Art Program.

Many schools, kindergartens, community and social services are facilitating their own workshops in the lead up to Child Protection Week all around Queensland from Far North Queensland to the Gold Coast and throughout Brisbane.

Hands on Art is proud to be offering the Shine a Light for Children – Lantern Project in 2018. The statewide project is supported by Queensland Child Protection Week Committee and Kids Help Line.

We invite you to join us in making special paper lanterns in honour of Child Protection Week 2nd – 8th September 2018.

Wherever you live in Queensland you can join in the fun alongside schools, kindergartens, day care centres, hospitals, government and community organisations.
